By car from Dublin
The house is located 20km from Dublin off the N4 Sligo Road. From the M4 take the Celbridge West/Leixlip West exit 6A, stay in the left hand lane and at the roundabout at the top of this sliproad, take the first left turn. Continue for approximately 100 metres on this road until you see the sign for Castletown and the gates on the right.

By car from the West
Coming from the West on the N4, exit at the Celbridge West/Leixlip West exit 6A and take the third exit at the roundabout at the top of the sliproad. Continue across the motorway on the flyover, and then take the first left off the next roundabout. After approximately 100 metres on this road, you will see the sign for Castletown and the gates on the right.

By Bus
The 67/ 67A bus route from Westmoreland Street in the centre of Dublin services Celbridge town. Castletown is a 15 minute walk up the avenue from the entrance gates in Celbridge. Please refer to Dublin Bus for bus times.

Getting to St Patrick College Chapel, Maynooth

By car from Dublin
Take the N4 from Dublin or the West. Exit at ‘Straffan, Naas, Maynooth’. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit: Road - R406 (signposted Maynooth). Continue straight to Maynooth village. At the traffic lights in the square turn left onto the R148 (signposted Dublin). Proceed through the University gates which are now straight ahead. By Bus
St Patrick’s College Chapel in NUI Maynooth is served by two bus routes - the 66 and the 67a. Both of these buses depart from Pearse St in Dublin city centre and run frequent services to Maynooth which cost €2.10 each way. There are also 66x and 67x express services to and from Maynooth.
